Payments & Ecommerce

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via our secure Stripe and PayPal payment gateways. For corporate bulk enrollments, we also support PayNow, Bank Transfers, and e-invoice.

Yes. Our ecommerce platform is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We do not store your credit card details on our servers; all transactions are encrypted and processed by industry-leading payment providers.

We offer a full refund if the course has not been accessed/started within 7 days of purchase. Once a user has logged in and begun the first module, we are unable to provide a refund due to the digital nature of the content.

Course & Learning

Is the training recognized by NParks or LIAS?

Our curriculum is strictly aligned with the SS 724:2026 (Singapore Standard for Tree Care). While we are an independent digital academy, our certificates serve as verifiable proof of competency that contractors can use for tender submissions skill records.

Once purchased, you have 12 months of unlimited access to the course material. You can re-watch videos and review modules as many times as you like during this period.

Yes! The Treescape Digital Academy is fully “Mobile-Responsive.” You can learn on any smartphone, tablet, or laptop. No special app download is required—just log in via your web browser.

Don’t worry! You can retake the quizzes as many times as needed to achieve a passing score. Our goal is mastery, not just testing. We recommend re-watching the specific video module before your next attempt.

For Managers & Corporations

Can I buy courses for my entire team?

Yes. We offer “Bulk Enrollment” packages. You can purchase 10, 50, or 100+ seats at a discounted rate.

Treescape is primarily a digital-first academy. However, for large corporate partners, we can arrange “Hybrid Training” sessions where an expert arborist visits your site to conduct a practical assessment after your team completes the online theory modules.

Technical Support

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You will receive an email with a secure link to create a new one. If you don’t see the email, please check your “Junk/Spam” folder.

Certification

How do I get my certificate?

Your certificate is generated automatically as a PDF the moment you pass the final module. You can download it instantly or find it later under the “My Certificates” tab in your profile.
