Payments & Ecommerce
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via our secure Stripe and PayPal payment gateways. For corporate bulk enrollments, we also support PayNow, Bank Transfers, and e-invoice.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our ecommerce platform is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We do not store your credit card details on our servers; all transactions are encrypted and processed by industry-leading payment providers.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund if the course has not been accessed/started within 7 days of purchase. Once a user has logged in and begun the first module, we are unable to provide a refund due to the digital nature of the content.

Our curriculum is strictly aligned with the SS 724:2026 (Singapore Standard for Tree Care). While we are an independent digital academy, our certificates serve as verifiable proof of competency that contractors can use for tender submissions skill records.
How long do I have to complete a course?
Once purchased, you have 12 months of unlimited access to the course material. You can re-watch videos and review modules as many times as you like during this period.
Can I learn on my mobile phone?
Yes! The Treescape Digital Academy is fully “Mobile-Responsive.” You can learn on any smartphone, tablet, or laptop. No special app download is required—just log in via your web browser.
What happens if I fail the final quiz?
Don’t worry! You can retake the quizzes as many times as needed to achieve a passing score. Our goal is mastery, not just testing. We recommend re-watching the specific video module before your next attempt.

How do I get my certificate?
Your certificate is generated automatically as a PDF the moment you pass the final module. You can download it instantly or find it later under the “My Certificates” tab in your profile.
